Problem
Fonez bought used devices over the counter and by email. They wanted an online flow where a customer gets a price in a minute, ships for free and gets paid, with staff able to change prices and questions without a developer.
What I built
- Multi-step valuation flow driven by CMS content: brand → device → condition questions → instant price, so staff edit devices, questions and prices in Strapi.
- Checkout with IBAN and phone validation, delivery-method selection and DPD shipping integration; order lifecycle e-mails.
- Blog, about and landing pages from the CMS; Google reviews; encrypted database exports and migration logs.
Result
Live at sellmyphone.fonez.ie with 130+ device models quoted online and a three-step quote → pickup → payout journey.
